I bought lots of great stuff for our 150+ year old home, at fantastic prices, at Capital Costume. They were at the Colinie Mall and then at Crossgates I think I heard they went back to Colonie. Worth seeking them out

There is a great place called Restore at 70 Fuller Rd in Albany. They have gently used items at some great bargain prices! I have not been there personally but I have heard lots of good things about them. Their phone number is 275-6638. Happy hunting!

Gee Ms. Carr, after singing praises about how great Center Square is to MIchele W in a previous post, you now suggest she drive to the suburbs rather than at least trying the Treasure Chest in Center Square first?

Have you considered a Google search; also consider area tag sales, garage sales, etc.....

I am looking for information about thrift stores in Albany, not on Long Island. I really just want specific information from local Alabany residents. Thank you anyway.
