Water, trash and most of your insurance... (since it's a condo-- you only have to insure your contents -- saves, maybe $100 a month.)
No lawn, pest, exterior upkeep at all.

Kelly, There are a few apartments that come up on my searches near NC State that include utilities. Most other areas do not.

Based upon the research I did, no utilities are covered. The few apartment complexes I have seen include such have made sure to advertise it openly as a feature. Most apartments do not cover these.

Have to ask but have you thought about purchasing? .With interest rates so low, in most cases I have had over the past year , a mortgage payment INCLUDING taxes and insurance has saved former renters as much as $300/month over living in an apartment. Check out my website below and call me if you have any questions.
