Because if it's proximity to both the River and the Ocean, Mandarin is a popular area in which to live, Being on the border of Duval County and St Johns County, there is a lot of crossover between the two and sometimes it seems as if it is just one big community. With it's easy access to 95 and 295, it easy to get around and the new Baptist South Hospital is a big employer as well as giving easy access to first class healthcare. Mandarin contains a good mix of older and newer housing and has history dating all the way back to the 1800's. To see houses for sale in Mandarin, go here:
There are several boat launches and public parks in Mandarin and more than a few historic spots. Cost of living is reasonable and shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Call me to find out more!

Mandarin has been established for a long time and offers a large variety of shopping and restaurants to choose from. It has a very traditional feel with numerous schools and hospitals as well as parks to visit.
