8655 Greer Road is $275,000. but the MLS number does not match what you have asked about. If you are looking to purchase in Sherwood, there are a number of great properties. I recommend that you connect with a professional who specializes in assisting buyers simplify their search. Statistical data confirms that a seasoned buyers agent saves buyers with their knowledge and experience in the transaction.

Instead of asking whether there are any of those listings, you could simply make an offer with a lease-option.

Hi Sharon,
The VA rates are pretty well established by Hud, therefore Lenders are going to be very comparable. You can however buy down the rate, you must however calculate the points and the differance in the amount per month and how long it takes to pay back that point . with the historical low rates it is not wise to pay for points.
closing costs must be paid either by the seller or buyer those can not be added to the loan amount .A professional Realtor representing your interest shoul be able to negotiate that in the contract. I help a lot of Veterns , and in Most cases my clients got a check at closing. There is a lot of talk about Buyers agent and getting representation , the bottom line is A Realtor who does just that and not want to just sell you a home but provide you with accurate information an the market and knowledge about appreciation and the best way to get into a home before you buy. That is why our clients of the past 15 years have not called me with having to file foreclosure or even the threat of losing their home . because they were represented properly and not just sold. We have built our Buisness on Honesty and Integrity.

Hello Nicole,

This property is currently under contract, but they are taking backup offers. Basically, if the deal falls through then the seller would go with your offer.

That property has been on the market for 110 days. There are about 4 more properties in the same neighborhood (Miller's Crossing). Shoot me an email or give me a call if you would like more information about the properties (e.g. pictures, tax records, etc.)

Happy house hunting!

Feel free to give me a call or check out my website at You can search the local REALTORS MLS with a live feed that is updated instantly with exactly what is on the market and what is under contract.

You are likely going to have to make a lot of calls to many different agents, check the paper daily, drive around and look for signs, and you will find someone to finance. You might also put a want ad in real estate for sale in sherwood local paper. when I am working with a buyer I sometimes place want ads for what we are looking for. that has helped me. ... more
