I agree with Josh. You need to speak to your Realtor. All agents can open a free profile and put their listings on it. I am a Trulia Pro and can feature my listings. Good luck!

Honestly it would depend on the selling price of your home. I would accept 2% on a $500,000 dollar home to cover my expenses, but would decline it on a home of $50,000.

If the Sellers are just looking to justfy, they probably can.
The initial objective was to sell the house.

Probably time to move on, maybe keep $400 for the fees the Title Company will be charging,
and find another set of buyers.

Good luck and may God bless

Tonya, it isn't clear if you are working with a REALTOR or selling your home on your own. According to the National Association of Realtors 2010 Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers, the number 1 & 2 Information Sources used in the home search are the Internet & Real Estate Agent. Buyers have the ability to begin the search process on there own and then look to the Realtor to help them interpret the data, familiarize them with the area and in many cases walk them through the home buying process.

To boost traffic in the current buyer's market, it is critical to price the house accurately & competitively. In addition, you will want the house to look it's best, inside and out. First impressions , make a hugh impact with buyer's. Often, they buy the "sizzle" not the steak.

Good Luck! Write back and let us know how you make out.
