It depends on what type of transaction you are participating in. Is this a short sale or an REO?
In a short sale, 99% out of a 100% the lender will do their own appraisal and if you submitted an initial offer, it is standard that they will counter closer to what their accessed value is. Your question is not clear, what do you mean by inspection? ... more

If it is a Roth 401K and you are old enough to make withdrawals without penalties, then you are good.

If it is a traditional 401K withdraw, you will have to pay taxes and if you are in 59.5, you will also have to pay an early withdrawal penalty. ... more

Put your home back on the market. You might have another buyer that will close quicker. Keep this "so-called buyer" in your back pocket. BTW, what is your listing agent doing to help you? What does the selling/buyers agent have to say about this? Sorry you are getting jacked around.

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hello Pam!

Nathan from Trulia here! Trulia is a host site, where information is sent to us from syndication websites. We do not pull listing data from the MLS, or any other site.

There are two ways to get your listings on Trulia, which I've outlined below:

1. XML Feed. If familiar with XML, you can submit a listing data feed with your listing information
- This is the recommended method, especially if you have multiple listings

- The document in the following link defines the XML syntax required by

Trulia's search engine for property listing submissions:

http://static.trulia-cdn.com/resources/TruliaDevGuide.pdf

2. Manually Submit. You can enter all of your listing data, using our Single Listing Submit tool.
- Follow the steps by selecting the “Add Listings” link from the top of the

"my listings" page
- or visit the link below

Please note your listings will need to be refreshed every 30-60 days to stay active on the site.

Please access the link below to review your options and to submit your listings via one of the previously mentioned options.

Perhaps, you should start by meeting with a local and trusted loan officer who can prequalify you and let you know if you can get a mortgage.

Your best bet is to have a mortgage professional evaluate your situation. You can then move on with a plan to put yourself in a position to purchase a home. There are many "snake oil" credit repair companies out there so use caution. There are no magic cures for bad credit but there are actions you may take to improve your credit now and over time. ... more

Hi Spinsight,

Your listing agent can add your listing and open house information to Trulia via the link below. Unfortunately we don't accept FSBO listings at this time.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.
