Check with your Broker first, as your IDX solution likely requires that a "Download Agreement" be signed by your broker. To the best of my knowledge, NWMLS limits these agreements to only two or three per Broker Member, and your broker likely already has signed the max allowed in order to feed to their site and plus at least one other for some of the agents.

You may find that your choices are limited to those agreements already signed by your Broker. On the bright side, if you piggyback on to one already used by your Broker for their site, you may get a substantial discount on cost.
