I guess you are trying to see if this HUD property is close to NSCC. If you are concerned about the walking distance from this building to NSCC, it is probably 5-10 minutes. This house is on the other side of highway and the only way to get to school is through the overhead bridge on N 92nd St, which leads you to the south side of the NSCC campus. If you are interested to know the public transportation, Northgate Transit Center is right north of the condo on N 103 st. This is a good location if you want to get to downtown Seattle by bus. Takes only 15 minutes plus traffic.
This is a HUD property, to make an offer for which you need to go through a certain online process. Unfortunately, not every Realtor can help you successfully bid a HUD house. If you need any help, please feel free to let me know. I will be glad to share with you some tips on successful bidding.

Here is a list of Sno Co cities. Keep in mind there are a lot of "unincorporated" areas in between that will also have the address for a nearby city but could be miles away from the actual town.
I don't have personal experience with the school. However check out a site called Schooldigger.com where you can get all the statistics, teacher student ratio, graduation rate, community groups and neighborhood links...
I would also advise you contact a local parent group or babysitting club to speak with some parents who have kids in the school. They can provide information about the PTA and the level of parent involvement.
Good luck and hope this helps your research!... more
