Alex Montelongo Real Estate Group answered:
4441 Ironwood closed in May for $735k. As mentioned before by previous statements from my colleagues, Zillow's estimates are not reliable. There are many factors that must be taken into consideration when comparing "like kind" property. It is now December 2013 and the market has changed since spring and summer. If you haven't secured a home yet, now might be the time. Interest rates came back down slightly and sales prices have stabilized. In some cases they are edging downward slowly.
I am a Seal Beach Broker, so I am local. Please give me a call if you need anything else.
