I don't see that this home is actively listed for sale or rent. Are you looking to find a home in the area? What are the criteria that you have for the new home?

This single family detached home for rent in Rio Verde Foothills (NE Scottsdale) does not have a private pool or a community pool. It is located about 20 minutes northeast of the 101 Freeway, about 30 minutes from Paradise Valley, 25 minutes from Pleasant Valley airport in Peoria and about 30 minutes from Lake Pleasant in NW Peoria.

Please contact me if you are looking for a rental home in N Scottsdale. I would be happy to help you find the ideal home to rent.

Dear Jenny,

Please tell me what constitutes the concept of good for YOU? Price? Financing? Quality of properties available? What is good for another person may not be good for you so if i knew your goals I would be able to give you and show you through statistics and analysis of individual listings.

We moved from CT to Arizona as well and we love it here. I have a 2nd grader and a 4th grader and our kids go to Self Development Charter School in Mesa. This is a public school that is run like a private school. We are very happy with the school and the teachers, etc... The school has won numerous awards and greatschools.org ranks it at a 10. http://www.greatschools.org/school/rating.page?id=2495&state=AZ. It seems that our kids are learning more and at a faster level than the neighborhood kids that go to the local elementary school.

I am a Realtor and a licensed loan officer here in Arizona. I absolutely can find you a great home in your budget range with a good school nearby. If you contact me, I will give you direct access the Multiple Listing System (MLS) that will give you complete information on all the houses for sale in the Metro-Phoenix area. It is the exact system that all Realtors use. It will help you find your next home and it is in real time and is more accurate than any other online webpage.

Hello,
What a great question. When you move to Scottsdale, making a smooth transition is important. In North Scottsdale, there is a great elementary school called: Pope John and there is a fantastic high school called Notre Dame. Call me at your convenience and I can give you their phone number so you can get enrollment information. My number is 602-284-7357.
Thanks, Jonelle

Eleni,
I am a mother of two children, I grew up in a lot different places and countries, every one is different and we all look for different things. Scottsdale unifed School District all elementaries , middle schools and high schools are excellent schools, Paradise Valley also have great schools ( I live in Scottsdale and our home School is Kiva). Check for schools boundaries once you choose a school. I could share more experience if you have more questions, feel free to contact me. Welcome to Scottsdale, you are going to love it. Be prepared for some really sunny days. ... more

I forgot to address the second part of your question. I'm not convinced that property values will be affected all that much by the rennovation, simply because the Arcadia area is already home to some very high end Real Estate (Wayne Gretzky, anyone?). The area just south of Arcadia (Baja Arcadia, if you will) might get a slight bounce, but I doubt it would be overly dramatic. It was necessary in my opinion to remain an area attractive to families, but the bar is just so high alreafy that I don't see prices being drastically affected. When Cochise Elementary in McCormick Ranch was rebuilt several years ago, I was very interested in the affect it would have on values. Because the area was already highly sought-after, it did not seem to have much impact. It helps keep the area relevant to families, however. Community preventative maintenance. ... more
