It's impossible to get the information you want and need on the MLS. Why? Because about 50% of the time or more agents do NOT put into the MLS information about what schools the Seller's home is in the attendance boundaries of. Why? Because they don't know which Elementary School (ES), Middle School (MS), or High School (HS) the home is in the attendance boundaries of, because they are not necessarily the same school district for ES vs MS vs HS AND because they can change every year.
For those reasons agents are hesitant to publish on the MLS what their listing's ES, MS & HS attendance is because of the liability they run for publishing inaccurate information.
Therefore, I invested in a unique tool that literally has the attendance maps for every elementary, middle & high school in it down to the street & individual lot level. That tool lets me set up property alerts for you which will alert you to homes that come up for sale for example in a specific elementary school (ES) attendance area, or all homes that come up for sale where the ES scores is over 850 API, or where the ES, MS & HS scores are over a minimum API score.
