Hi Janette ,

When does your present lease end ?

If you have an intention to buy , anywhere , it is always best to get pre approved by an experienced loan officer

I can suggest a few good ones if you like .

Are in Katy now ? Where do you want to buy ? School going children ? . Ages ?

Please call me back at 281-568-4537 , and I will be happy to guide you through the process step by step .

Have a great day,,

Hi Janette,

Which college are you speaking of? Houston Community College? University of Houston? Lone Star Community College? Rice University? There are many. Also, where is the starting point? In other words, what part of town are you in OR where you wish to buy a home?

Once we know where your future home will be, we can give you a general idea of commute times and perception of local schools. We, as Realtors, do not keep data on individiual schools. You can check with the state to compare schools and their quality of work (we can help you find the information on-line). Let us know how we can help you!

Good Luck!

Good Morning, Ms. Jordan!
I hope you had a terrific Memorial Day holiday! When commuting to HCC in the Park Ten area it depends, of course, like anywhere in the GREATER HOUSTON AREA..... what time you are traveling and in what direction. If you are in apts. close then it won't be difficult. If you are in the AM rush 6-8 or PM rush 5-7 then double your travel time -- always. Katy ISD has terrific schools. If you live N of I-10 and in the East of Fry Rd your children may go to Mayde Creek schools. It ALL depends on where you decide to live. I can help you. I am a Realtor. I can be reached by phone 281 799- 4002 or email KathleenRealtor1@gmail.com . Let me know how I can help you. Hope your week is wonderful. -- Kathleen
