Yes. Overall, since we do not know Everything you are looking for, Torrey Highlands has High home values(which means high rental rates), great School marks and low crime statistics. If these are at the TOP of your list, definitely move close to or near Torrey Highlands. ANY other specifics wants and needs?
I had a home go off the market recently in Torrey Hills, which is also a great area for schools and family. The home might still be negotiable, it was 769k..walking distance to Ocean Air Elementary. I don't believe they were looking to rent. If you need any assistance contact myself or one of these agents!

Hello Ralph,

I have to say it is the best neighborhood that many people in San Diego have never heard of. I am a Torrey Highlands resident since they first started building homes in the area. If you call me, I'll give you the real scoop on what you want or need to know! The 5 best reasons are:

1) Great schools from elementary to high school.
2) Great family oriented neighborhoods
3) Easy access to Hwy-15 and Hwy-56, 5 minutes to Hwy-5, and 10 minutes to Del Mar Beach
4) A Clean and safe community
5) Access to numerous grociery stores and eateries

I hope to hear from you. Best of luck!

Hi Ralph,
Torrey Highlands is great. As you know it is centrally located and in close proximity to highways, shopping, great schools and entertainment and of course, the beach. If you are planning on looking for a more permanent or a different place to live, I suggest you figure out three things: School (if it's important), Proximity to your job, and cost. With this las one, Cost; there are homes with less fees not far from Torrey Highlands. You might want to look at those for a better investment.

Hi Ralph,

We live right down the street from Torrey Highlands and have multiple friends that live there. The elementary, middle school and high school are all part of Poway Unified School District and are excellent. The high school is Westview which is ranked 9th in the state and in the top 90 in the country.

Please let us know if we can do anything else.

Best regards,

Hello Ralph!

Torrey Highlands is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. If the area is central to all that you do or commute to then it really adds value too! Great top rated Schools, great parks & shopping nearby, newer homes...definitely one of the top choices in the area! We have several new listings coming up if you would like to hear about them before coming on the market, just let me know if you'd like to.
Happy House Hunting!!
