You can also go to http://www.greatschools.net I believe for independent results...some shool districts also provide indicidual school scores sucah as http://www.LAUSDSchoolfinders.com in Los Angeles...as previously stated. RE Agents can not give ratings on schools, nor even state the school name in Los Angeles area as boundaries move.

Nancy,
By law , we as real estate agents or realtors are not allowed to answer such opinionated questions. It would be in your best interest to conact someone on the school board or at the district administration office to find out what kind of programs a particular school offers.

Nancy,

By law Realtors are not allowed to answer these types of questions. However as a mortgage professional I can. I believe that particular school is what is known as an "alternative school" which is where children with behavioral problems go because they are disruptive to other students in regular public schools.

Hopes this helps.

Nancy,

Could you qualify what you mean by "bad school." Not everyone would agree on the same level of acceptable standards or have the same expectations.

In your judgement, what would constitute a "good school?"

Good Afternoon Nancy<

It would be best to contact the school board and receive the statistics for what you are in search of.
