how is the daily commute to Seton Medical Center Austin: 1205 W38St? Mapquest shows an approx 30-minute drive

I live near that location. My experience shows the average commute to be 40-50 minutes. 30 minutes would be "best case". If I can assist you in any other way, please let me know.

I actually disagree with that estimate. On a good day it's about 30 minutes, but if something comes up it can be much MUCH longer. Nothing is worse than sitting in traffic and moving along at a crawl.

If you are looking for new construction in that price range, there are some other great options that I believe have an easier commute.

I agree that is about right, but I would add that it could be longer during various parts of the day. Like other cities, rush hour traffic is pretty brutal here in Austin.

I find it a pleasure to get around during non traffic times, but it can be very frustrating during the rush hour periods.

I'd say the estimate is about right. Do you consider 30 minutes long or short?
