http://www.education.com -> Schools -> Find a K-12 school -> School Boundaries -> Get started button. Type the address and it would show the school dist on right hand side

If the home is in Jericho it could fall in Jericho, Syosset and in some occasion, Hicksville schools. There are several areas such as, Westbury, Old Westbury, Brookville and Muttontown that are in the Jericho school district.
I live in Jericho and list and sell homes here as well. Feel free to call me with any questions you might have.

Call the Jericho SD and have them either send you or email a map of the district. They can also provide you with comprehensive info about the district and schedule an appointment for a tour of the schools you are interested in. Until then you can follow the link below to a sight which has some information that might be useful. http://www.schooldigger.com/go/NY/district/15810/search.aspx

Not true! Houses in the "F-Section" in East Birchwood are zip code 11753 but go to Syosset schools. Check Hagstrom map, which clearly shows the perimeter for school disctrict 15.

If referring to a specific property your agent can help you; or you can ask the owner(s), you can directly contact the school district, you can search http://www.mlsli.com by school district.
