average sale price of the house range from 1M up, why this one particular house is selling for $250,000, whats wrong with the picture

They don't indicate what house. the price is WAY low for the # of bedrooms and location. I can try to fish it out of the foreclosure data I have, tomorrow Am and see what is up. There is something fishy about this price!

There should be a link for the house. And sometimes in La Jolla, that could be a yearly rental depending on the property.
