I'm not sure what you mean by that question either. Looking at the listing, it appears that there might have been some title issues that appear to be cleared up now.

I don't know where they get $50/mo for maintenance fees. There is a $2,097 tax assessment that is part of your tax bill that covers the HOA. That amount is charged on every unit in this community. I have 6 other listings in this park if you are interested in the 55+ community.
