We're currently renting in Ewing, looking to buy and start a family. We love the area, but are concerned - are the schools here really that terrible?

You will need to do the research yourself since everyone's needs are different. For everyone person who says they're bad someone else will say they're good. It becomes very confusing. Get pre-approved for a mortgage and see what you can spend on a house. Then you will have a better idea of what your options are.

Lauren this is a relative question. If you are renting now in Ewing I suggest you speak with other parents and get their impressions. Considering you are years away from school understand that things can change. (both in terms of your job situation as well as schools, remember the choice program for schools?) I know of Ewing residents who send their children to Stockton for schooling at the public schools there.

Feel free to email me privately and I'd be happy to answer any questions you have. I've sold many homes in Ewing and would be happy to chat a bit about your situation and how I might be able to help.
Give me a call if you get a chance!
