Well take into consideration that families are being raised in every area of NJ.
You must ask yourself, what does "good place" mean to you? Are you looking for choice schools,
an area that has public parks, walking distance to town, low crime rates, etc....
Once you figure out exactly what you are looking for in a home, then determine if your area in question
may work for you. To help answer these questions, Amos posted a good website below and other websites you may consider is
http://www.city-data.com and http://www.crimereports.com

Best with your home search!

Just kidding! i understand you are talking about the zip.

While I can't advise you about neighborhoods, I can direct you to http://www.neighborhoodscout.com/zipcode/nj/jersey-city/07305/
