Hi Tiffany,
If you are not currently working with a Realtor, I would be happy to offer my expertise in your purchase of a home in Hagerstown. I currently live and work here and am very familiar with the Pangborn Park TH area. Which community are you referring to, the one nearest the tennis courts or the one nearest the pond?
Please call if you are looking for a Buyer's Agent...I was the first in the area and have lots of experience!!!

I couldn't find a boundary map on the county website. Your best bet is to contact the school district since the boundaries change on a yearly basis.

Hi Tiffany,

You might want to check out our Hagerstown MD Real Estate Guide. In our school section you can find contact information for the districts in the area as well as test score rankings and parent reviews for schools.

I meant to ask, what brings you to Hagerstown from New Jersey? do you know anyone in the area?

I have some information on my website about Hagerstown and the surrounding communities in Washington County. Feel free to browse.

The link for Washington County Public Schools is:
A phone call to them can tell you where your children will go to school.

Here is a link to a report of the townhouses for sale in Pangborn Park.

They are 2125 square feet, mostly built in 2005 and 2006. There are some great deals there right now. Two years ago they were selling in the $260's. Now they are in the low 200's, some below $200,000. A few are still owned by the Pangborn development Company, some are bank-owned.
Overall, you can find great deals in Washington County.
