Asked by Silvi, San Diego, CA Fri Jan 9, 2009

Hi!, I would like to get my real estate license and I was wondering if anybody could suggest a good company/school/course that I should start with ? What are the best RE schools in Tampa area? Any comment/advice is highly appreciated.

I passed my Florida Real Estate Exam on my first try! Thanks to FloridaRealEstateSchool.com. This was my second school I took the course with which I barely passed the course exam. I couldn't pass the state exam so I was forced to enroll with another school for a good review. I took the free demo from FloridaRealEstateSchool.com narrated online course. I think the schools exam prep course was the main reason why I passed my state exam on my first try. It was packed with thousands of exam questions and mocked exams. The instructor support was amazing they were available 24/7 which I called all throughout the weekend and they walked me step by step with every math question I had a question regarding. This school was amazing! I have my Florida Real Estate License!

Check out RealEstateExpress.com if you are interested in taking your pre-license courses online. And check out the blog as well. You'll see some "Good Real Estate News" specific to Florida!

Silvi,

We recommend the Bob Hogue and Ed Klopher Schools. You will find they are both professionally run and focus on helping their students to find success.

Good luck

There are many schools to choose from. I took my course online at http://www.floridarealestateschool.com
If you want a classroom structured course I would recommend http://www.hogueschool.com or http://www.edklopfer.com

If you do decide to get your license let me know. I would love to tell you about all the beneits there are to working under Prudential Tropical Realty. Personally I think they offer the most to their agents in terms of eductaion and marketing tools to work with at an extremly low cost to you.
