Ridgewood is a wonderful place to raise a family and really so much more. I have lived in the town since 1973, graduated Ridgewood High School and am now raising my 4 children in the town. Not only does it have an award winning school system, Money Magazine ranks Ridgewood #26 of the "100 Best Places to live in the US.
We are looking forward to the July 4th celebrations here where we have a parade go through the town at 10:00 in the morning then a truly spectacular fireworks event in the evening. Events like this are the norm.
We have a close proximity to NYC for those commuters and those that visit the city for its cultural events and restaurants. We have a small town atmosphere in a sophisticated environment.
The town is filled with restored architectural gems on tree lined streets. There are just too many extra curricular activities to mention in the sports and arts.
