I have a nice family home in a Loganville subdivision I will FSBO. I am in the county and have low county taxes unlike the city of Loganville. We are in the Sharon Elementary, Loganville High school district. As far as schools in Walton, Loganville high is the best. Stay away from Gwinnett, Monroe area high, and (from what I have heard) Walnut Grove (poor administration and many behavior problems our school does not have). Our school has a pretty good reputation so far. The area I'm in is semi rural and I have 1800 + sq feet, 4.3 acres with trails for atv or dirt bikes, HUGE backyard, garden area, above ground pool w/ deck, seperate 2 story garage, fenced backyard, No HOA or fees, 3/2.5 plus extra large family room. I'm willing to sell for 122K. New roof, dual zone heat pumps, etc....No realtors. Home is in great move in condition and a really good family neighborhood and in a quiet cul de sac. You will not find another home quite like it with the property it sits on. This is a really nice home in great shape. I'm looking to retire to a smaller place up north, so maybe we can talk?

pegsbored...I am a Realtor but am looking for a property for my family with the criteria you have. If your property is still available would you please contact me via email, text or phone and see if we could set up something to take a look. We have dirt bikes so with the trails & acreage this would be perfect. i can be reached at RegenaElks@yahoo.com or 770-298-1944. Looking forward to hearing from you & thank you for your time.

Hi Mendietarodriguez- I may be too late to answer your question but will do so anyway. Loganville sits in two counties. If you are in Walton County and the assigned school is Loganville high school you will be ok. If it is gwinette and the assigned high school is South Gwinnett STAY FAR AWAY. We recently moved back from Vermont after 10 years away so I understand your questions quite well. The area is very country. It does tend to be a good ole boys area but most people are nice and friendly. It is a drive (45+ mins) into the city (atlanta) but easy enough if you dont like city living and only occasionally go into city for concerts, ball games etc. Another good area to look are the Brookwood School district in Gwinette county. That would be parts of snellville, lilburn and lawrenceville. That high school has been rated one of the best in the united states as is the Parkview High School in Lilburn area. BOTH are amazing schools and I find a bit more diverse than Loganville area. There are alot of good buys out this way on housing so take your time to look. Stay away from Monroe schools and the area in general. It is redneck and the schools are bad. I hope that helps a bit.

Good Morning Mendietarodriquez,

By far the best way to answer your question is for you to visit the area and schools...as you are the only one who can make such an important decision as to your families safety and your childs education. Hire a strong Realtor who can provide you valuable insight in regard to property values and negotiation strategies along with various links to school and crime data....Welcome to Georgia

You are asking a question, mendietarodriguez, that many people have prior to relocating and just as many, or more, Agents consider a difficult one to properly answer. And for many reasons. One is, 30052 covers properties in two different counties and three different high schools. Another is that until you contact one of us, we don't have enough information to make that call with any degree of certainty. A third is housing laws and our Brokers don't want us commenting on certain things that might be misconstrued as to favoring one area over another. Having said all of that, my oldest daughter lives in that zip code and I live in one that is contiguous; we both enjoy where we reside. Please consider using the link in web reference below to help you and call, text or email if we can assist further. Good Luck!

Loganville, Ga is a very nice place to live.
I have clients that live there and like it very much.
The only draw back is the distance to I85.

Please contact me if you need more information.
