Check where you buy! Rainbow has it's own district, Vallicitos. Fallbrook and Bonsall have different school districts, and you can fall in either it depends on your street. There is a new director of special education in Fallbrook. There is no SDC or RSP classes in the elementary school. It is all learning center/main streamed into a general ed class. There are also severe-moderate classes that don't get main streamed. So ..... it depends where your child falls on the spectrum and of course which school you get. "In town" (not including the 2 on base) there are 4 elementary schools and one middle school. The middle school is unimpressive, if you have a gate student, it's OK.
