John Barry answered:
Hi Kristina,

This property is not actually available for sale - this is a pre-foreclosure notice indicating that a notice of default has been filed against the property, meaning the owners are behind on their mortgage payments and they have begun the foreclosure process. The current owner has the opportunity to bring the loan current and stop the proceedings, or it may eventually hit the market as a foreclosure. Until then it will not be available to be viewed.

Hope this helps - let me know if you have any questions or would like more information.

Someone said it's a standard sale. If you're talking about MLS id# F1834029, it is a short sale.

Hi Lauren,

The home on Brett Ct is no longer available, it's in escrow right now. It is a bank owned property. For that home, the monthly HOA fee is noted as being $115/mo, and yes there is a Community Facility District Tax for that community in Plum Canyon (aka: CFD's).

Those extra property taxes break down to be somewhere in the neighborhood of about $400/mo from what I remember, added to your regular property taxes (quite expensive). Sometimes more. If you want a specific tax roll report, please let me know, and I will provide you one.

You can see more details (hoa fee, etc) on this property here (paste link into browser or click):
