Price History is shown when there is data for that house - I see it on listings all the time. It is possible that the sales data is not shown form some houses when they are brand new or the last sale was a long time ago. ... more

I fixed mine. You have to go to preferences then advanced settings and clear browsing data. Seemed to work for me.

Hi Californialuxuryrentals,

Advertising rental properties is free on Trulia. We have a team here that can walk you through how to get the most exposure using all of our free features. I'll ask one of them to get in touch with you.

In the meantime, visit the link below to start submitting your rental listings - it's the option on the right side of the page.

Best Wishes,

Emily

Hi Hamilton,

I'm afraid not, but that's a great suggestion. I'll share it with my colleagues.

Hi Kathleen,

In addition to earning the specified number of points for each VIP level, you also need to post the required number of contributions in 30 days for each level as well. If you access the link below, you'll see a table that breaks down these requirements. As it shows, you need 3000 points and 20 contributions to achieve VIP Level 1, 9000 points and 40 contributions to achieve Level 2 status, and 24000 and 70 contributions to achieve Level 3 status.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best Wishes,

Homeowners who do not want their addresses displayed on the internet do this for security reasons. They would prefer any serious inquiries be made through their agent.

Hi Jan,

We don't see this as a compromise to our site at all. With the addition of RealtyTrac listings Trulia now allows those interested in foreclosure properties to see those listings. And for those who don't it's extremely easy to filter those listings out of your search results. When your search results load just select Resale and/or New Homes to omit all foreclosure listings from your search.
