County Sheriff and fire departments are located in Rio Rio off exit 22 and 17. There is as much or more police protection than in larger cities. The nearest hospital is about 10 miles away in Nogales, Az. There are many good doctors in the area and if there are special needs Tucson is about a half hour away on 1-19. People are very friendly here, it is a good spot. ... more

This property expired the end of December. I have shown this house and it has possibilities, but has not been purchased. It will probably reappear on the market in the near future.

Hello Scooby_dooby_snax,
Yes, there is a loan program called a 203K which is a type of mortgage that includes money for construction repairs. Here is a link from the HUD site with additional information:

http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/program_offices/housing/sfh/203k/203kabou

Also, I suggest that you contact a mortgage broker to learn more about it and to determine if you and the property qualify for this type of loan.
Good luck!

In our MLS we have the option to input the heated/cooling sq ft and also the garage sq ft but they are separate fields which I think is a nice feature so the buyer has all the information on the property.
