Tax information on that property shows that Fannie Mae owns that property. Don't know if that informtion is current, but that is what the tax id number shows.

My NC Homes Team answered:

Typically they do not go to foreclosure, the price will continue to drop until it's sold. Different banks use slightly different metrics but their all similar. Every 30-45 days the price will be reduced until someone buys it.

You should not be thinking about buying a home at auction, this is much riskier than buying it driectly from the bank.

You should also understand that rarely are foreclosures the deal taht most buyers tend to think they are. I've written aout this many times on Trulia, and have attached a link to my most recent post on Foreclosures.

I wish you the best of luck.

In addition to being LISTED on your local MLS, (local exposure, sign on your lawn, Open Houses), many Realtors use WEBSITES to help expose your property to potential Buyers from outside of the area.

Trulia is one of those sites, and probably the best.
You should be able to see it here. SEARCH for it.

Good luck and may God bless
