I live in Southern California and am considering buying a new modular home and have a few questions:

1.Can the space rental be written off on my taxes?
2. Can the interest loan be written off on my taxes?
3. Why is the interest so high?
4. Once I retire, any chance of getting some sort of senior discount on the land rental?
5. Do I have to pay property taxes if I rent the land?

I have tons more questions, but let's start with these.

Thank you.

Hi
This is California. Where should I go get quit claim deed and what to prepare?
My husband agreed to remove his name on the title/deed.
We just bought a condo 2 months ago and he's now in a hospital. He's getting better but we are worried about possible debts. He is unsure when he gets back to work and lots of his bills.

I'm not sure his name on the loan can't be removed. If his name still on the loan but title is only my name, anyway, I can protect a home from his possible debts. Is it right?

My mom inherited me some money and I put all to buy this home.

Thanks in advance.
