Hi, My landlord is selling the property and has asked me to grant access to my apartment to the appraiser. I will give access except to 1 bathroom (I have 2) because I use it as a closet because it hasnt worked in 3 years.
Do I have to give access to this bathroom?

You know the agent lied when you terminate the buyers offer and the listing stays on the market.

Hello King, you will need to be pre-approved to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. You may consider from 10% down jumbo from a minimum 660 fico score up to 2.5m.

If you figure out what cities/zip codes you are considering, minimum number of bedrooms, baths and the maximum payment you are looking to achieve you can be set up to receive daily automatic emails to fit your search criteria.

The 3bd purchase in Sunnyvale start from 1.2m for 3bd 2.5ba condo, 1,552sf, 2 car garage and the single family homes start from 1.3m for 3bd 2ba 1,108sf, two car garage home. Check out the jumbo loans web reference link below...

My boyfriend is American, and i'm not American and just came here. When i go to buy something normally i have to pay 10% for tax. But people said that if my boyfriend create an account on that store and then i can buy with 20% discount . But my bf said that he wants to buy a house next year and can't create account cause that make he have to pay more tax for his house. Actually, i can't understand . I have read about how to buy a house in Calif but it doesn't have anything concern about it .
Hope you guy can help me to know cause i really curious about it. Thanks to everyone to answer my curious question :D

The best solution is to contact a few realtors and have them email you listings directly from the MLS. The listings will have your specific criteria so finding your next home will be much easier. Real estate websites like Zillow, Trulia, etc. are restricted with search filters. The reason is realtors own the MLS and pay annual fees for access. Therefore, they refuse to give some information to websites for free which means Zillow, Trulia, etc. do not have as many search filters as the MLS does. ... more

I'm dealing with the same thing now in NJ. I presented my offer two days ago [Dec. 22] through my agent to the seller of a house. Seller's agent is on vacation & a fill-in agent from the selling agent's company replies that the home is "sold". Mind you, Dec. 22nd was this past Friday, that I toured the property, the seller's agent is on vacation & also, there's no update on any realty website that I see, nor is any update on the MLS, that agents look at for updates, that my agent can see. How is the home "sold", particularly on Christmas weekend, and there be no registered updates?

Lots of cutthroat agents in the realty business.

Hello Alexandra, yes it will be noisy with trains going by daily from time to time. You will get more and more used to it as time goes by if you live there long. You will want to go by the property from time to time when trains go by.

There is usually a sound wall between but not always or the windows are more sound proof. You may not hear the train from inside but may feel a little rumbling as it goes by. Those properties are usually reflecting a slightly lower price than other choices too.

Hello Dougko, you can just use one pre-approval letter/DU Approval to look at as many homes as you want.

You will need to be pre-approved to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. Do you know what your fico scores are and how much you want to invest into the purchase?

Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, loan program and how much you want to invest into the purchase.

How much do you pay in rent and what is the maximum payment you are looking to afford? You may consider 5% down jumbo from a minimum 720 fico score up to 1.5m and a minimum 660 fico score may consider 10% down jumbo up to 2.5m.
