Thank you all for the answers which were all very useful and informative. And I very much agree that buyers as well as sellers must be aware of all the requirements while buying or selling their homes. I think the prices vary from place to place, even within California. ... more

Hi Monica,

As you can see the answers below, this complex is pet friendly.
Very nice community, most of theses Monterrey Villas condos were remodeled a few years ago. The pool area has a resort like touch.

You may even qualify to buy it and start creating wealth. At the end of the day the montly payment may not be a big difference.
Feel free to contact me for more detail.

Regards,

Javier Robles

Its best to work with an agent that will assist you in finding the right property to rent- If you limit yourself to only "Rent to Own" homes, the choices are very limited and may not be the best deal for you. If you are considering a rent to own property because of your past credit, documenting your rental payments for the next twelve months and saving towards a downpayment may be your best course of action. ... more

The homes in that area are renting out for 2300-2500 a month. You might want to be careful with homes that are being offered at a low cost. This proerty is not listed for lease at this moment. Ingrid Ski Realtor answered:
Hello

Leased land would be like paying a space rent in a mobile home park. Or there are some condos in Tustin and Santa Ana that are on leased land and ends in about 20 years. Some lenders will lend money as long as the loan is paid for in full by the time the land lease ends.
You pay a monthly fee for the land lease and for the HOA and your mortgage. That would be three payments for a condo or home
At the end of the land lease the owners can raise the fees
The one in Santa Ana through the bear company is deciding what they will be doing when there land lease is up for the owners.
Personally there are other properties to buy and would stay away from these if the lease is up in the next 20 or so years.
Does that answer your question ?
