Hi Julian,

This really depends on the area. You can check in your area the rough cost of building a home that is typical for the area, then add land value, and make a determination. A local appraiser might also be able to shed some light on your project.

I do not believe that will be possible in your profile.
The listing will be tied to the listing agent and their license number as it appears in the MLS and entered in Trulia.
On Trulia two agents can not own the same listing.

HOWEVER, what you publish on your blog is a different story.
You can promote ANY listing as long as the broker and listing agent is identified.
You can see some examples on my blogs titled with CIS Score.

Of course if your broker (the listing agent) gives you the green light you can do what is most beneficial to the team. Most likely the broker will direct you to identify the broker and listing agent but use your name and contact info.

Best of luck to you,

One of the suggestions I do make involves Craigslist, as Robert's suggested. Just be careful; there are a lot of scams on Craigslist. A lot of them.

Hope that helps.

It all comes down to your debt to income ratio. And folks, another great reason boyfriends and girlfriends should NOT buy a home together. It VERY often turns out this way.
