It is owned by an individual who occupies the property. It is NOT available for rent, therefore there is NO property management company involved. There was another property nearby that you may be confusing it with at 15 Anchorage Ct. that is now in escrow, but it was previously rented out by a property management company.
Space rental for that area is approx $815 a month. There is no 287 Yosemite Road listed on our Multiple Listing System (MLS) and not on tax records. There is nothing on the market on that street in 94903. Possibly contact the agent who posted it. That neighborhood is called Contempo Marin.... more
The Fifth street property was a one time a single family home and has since been converted to units. We have seen a lot of change on Fifth over the years and a good number of those buildings have become used as office space. What use are you considering the for property? I believe a lot of possibilities are on the table as it is a mixed use neighborhood.

Interesting. This does happen, your listing agent is the one to ask (I assume you have one you speak to regularly). If your property has been taken of the market at all, this may be the cause. Primarily because your agent may have listed the property on various MLS.s (Marin, East Bay etc) and may not have changed the status back to its current status. Sometimes you see properties twice on Trulia, Zillow etc....its because they have multiple MLS#s. Thats the give away - the MLS#.
In this market, if your home has not received an offer in 30 days its getting stale.
