Unfortunately there are scam artists posting fraudulent ads on Trulia and other Real Estate websites as well. The best we can do is report them to the Webpages Customer Service or Fraud depts and they should remove them. The police depts will not file a report on it unless there has been a loss of money, property or a crime has been committed. Just be safe. If you are looking for a rental or to purchase, please use a Realtor.

Start by contacting a Realtor. Set up a consultation and that Realtor will be able to answer any questions that you have. I have a buyers presentation that goes over every aspect of the home buying process. This is done prior to contacting a lender so that you know what to expect from the very beginning.

Feel free to call if you are still in the market.

Best of Luck,

Stay away from Gaffey st and the busy streets like 1st street. Generally the further up the hill the better. Side streets have some good options.

Talk to her and try to work it out. Do you have a rental agreement? Has she always paid on time? Is she in breach of any of the terms in the rental agreement? Do you plan on moving back in? Do you currently live there with her and only rent out a room? There is not enough information here to go by.
How long has she lived there? Less than a year, more than a year? That matters because of the amount of notice that you will have to give her.
Someone asked a great question earlier... Do you want to sell the unit?
This questions was also posted a while back so if you have an update for us that would be great. Let us know how it turned out.

Alex Montelongo Real Estate Group answered:
There are so many missing variables here. We do not have exact figures and can only estimate based on the amount of information that you gave us. Your agent can easily provide you with a sellers net sheet. If you do not have an agent but are using and Escrow Company, ask the escrow officer to provide you with one. It shouldn't be too much trouble.

Best of luck,

No one at Trula is going to know about a rental. Trulia is merely a real estate portal designed to get real estate information out to the public.

There are not Realtors and have no knowledge of any given proeprty.

If you have concerns, move on to another listing...

Best of luck.

Megan-

Good afternoon, I wanted to follow up on your post. Are you still looking for a place you can call home? I know end of last year and beginning of this year inventory was really low and a lot of buyers got discouraged. If you didn't find that right home yet, I would encourage you to start looking again. rates and values have increased but so has the inventory. More people are selling and I have a proven system that gets my offers to the top in multiple offer situations.

I look forward to the opportunity to assist you.

Have an exceptional day!

Nora,

Michael provided a great answer. Rent to own leases can be made and I have made them with past clients, however it is challenging to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.

Why are you looking for this option? Do you not qualify for a home loan at this time? Or, Is there another reason this option looks appealing to you?

I have a team of investors and lenders who have assisted homeowners get into a home now who are not able to qualify for traditional financing. Two of the affiliates I work with are structured similar to a lease to own. If you are interested in finding out more information please email or call me to discuss further.

Have an exceptional day!
