An email or call to the listing agent should do the trick. If not, a referral request for an agent is always welcomed. It's also smart to get preapproved if you are financing or have your documents ready if you are paying cash. Good luck. ... more

I have often explained to my clients that Auctions are usually the last grasp of getting a property sold. Initially the property should hit the market as a regular sale, short sale, bank owned REO sale on the MLS and finally when there are no bites (for what ever reason), the banks will place the property in auction. The funny thing about auctions, most winners end up paying more than they orginally wanted too but somehow during the frenzy of the auction, it gets the better of them. ... more

Hello Roger,

This property is a short sale and currently has 3 offers in at this time. However, since it's short sale, there is a high probability that the buyer may find somethng else in the mean time. If you like, I can keep an eye on this property for you. Also, so you don't miss out on anything else, it would be my pleasure to send you up to date listings of whatever appears on the market the second it's listed. Please feel free to call or email me if you have any further questions. Good luck :)

Hi Charlotte,

This property is not available for rent. However, in the SP area, you can easily find a home that you can buy for the same price you would pay in rent each month. If you like, I can send you a list of properties so you can have an idea of what's our there to begin with. Good luck.

Looks like it was sold at a Sheriff's sale last August and bought by the lender. I'm a little mystified as to why they have not put it on the market, but there are lots of possibilities, starting with it's been totally trashed. But you never know with lenders.

If you like I can set you up for an automatic email if and when this does come up for sale. Or if you just want to know about homes like this one, I could set you up for the automatic email for those, too. Click on my picture and send me an email with your instructions.
