Trulia is a host site, where information is sent to us from syndication websites. We do not pull listing data from the MLS, or any other site. You may submit XML feed for Sale listings. See http://www.trulia.com/submit_listings/ for more information. ... more

Hi teamug2000,

This data is pulled from public records, and if you view the additional details on the property page you can find out more information about this transaction. If you are the owner of this property t's a good idea to contact your county assessor or recorder's office to make sure they have the correct information on file for your home as this data is syndicated to other websites as well.

Also, we display a street view image for this property and street view will not always show the exact location of the home - hence the comment below from Jeff about the wrong photo.

If you have other questions about this, please contact our Customer Service team. You can call them at 888-466-3501 Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm PST, or send them an email via the link below.

Best Wishes,

Emily

Hi Deb,

It appears as though the price for your listing has been updated. If you made the change directly on Trulia, that update should have been live on our site within 24 hours, and our database indicates that the price was updated on May 15.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns or questions for us.

Still relevant after years. There are many homeowners waiting for the market to turn around before deciding to do something with their house. And while many are still wondering "what happened..." and waiting, the market continues to have its challenges with no immediate turn around in the next few years anticipated. For those who are interested in finding out the present value of their house for the sake of evaluating that move, www.trulia.com is a place to start, but for a specific evaluation of your situation, the better resource is your local real estate professional. Keep in mind that while houses come and go (on the market), the ones that are being sold are sold at the adjusted price common to the present market conditions, and drastically adjusted as a result. If you do plan to sell be sure to adjust your expectations thus, and not put the change in your pricing on the Realtor. Oh, and if you believe a remedy is in the works at the governmental level, watch this interesting clip explaining some of the changes being proposed to "help" the economy. They really don't have a quick fix (yet). ... more

Hi Chen-chen,

Your listing currently comes to us from hotpads.com and they show a price of $1,600,000 on their site and within the data feed they send to us. If this price is incorrect, please contact hotpads to ensure that they update this listing price on their site and within their data feed. Once they do so, our site should update automatically to show the new price.

Please be sure to let us know if you have any other questions or feedback for us.

Hi Ray,

I'm afraid that Trulia doesn't provide the ability to feature non-active listings at this time. I'll be sure to share that suggestion with our team, however please note that you can sign up to receive an email alert if the property is listed for sale. Just click on Price Alerts to set that up.

Hi Lyn,

I'm sorry that no one from Trulia chimed in to help answer your question previously. If you access the link below you'll find properties sold in San Mateo within the last nine months. For future reference you can find this information on your own by selecting 'Recently sold homes' under the Listing Type filter shown on our search results page.

YES! right above this box is a little blue "subscribe" button - you can just subscribe to any specific question. You can even set the frequency that you are alerted - i.e. "as it happens" or once a day

-OR-

On the top left, there is a "be the first to know" light blue box, there you can pick a zip code, neighborhood, topic etc. and subscribe to alerts too. Hope this helped.
