EMF concerns may be valid if you live right under the lines, but I don't know of any definitive studies on it. I do know of construction defects at two of the three Ridge developments. Much has been repaired, though not all. The fallout from that is usually higher monthly dues, and/or high Special Assessments. In at least one case, there is much more to come, due to HOA choices made about
how to fund Reserves. IMO buying a condo/townhome requires far more detective work than does a
single family home.

If money is no problem, then none of this matters. Brisbane is great!

The questions normally come from the underwriting department. Many lenders try to build walls between the underwriters and the loan agents so that the underwriting will not be influenced. The "walls" can destroy the ability of the lender to issue any loans in a timely manner.

When picking a lender or a real estate agent look at their past results not just their advertised charges.

San Carlos ,Belmont, San Mateo, or live and work in the Redwood Shores area. They have the shopping center there, library, public transportation. But I believe it is limited times for the bus. El Camino nearby has constant public buses running and the train is there as well in all the communties.

Yes there are boundaries for the schools in neighborhoods. There are sometimes situations where you are in a certain area and the school is full. So always check with the school in the area where you are thinking of purchasing.
