Have you tried to post your property on Rentberry? I listed my apartment there and I don't have problems with editing my listing. The updated info appears on site right away.

Hi,

It depends on a lot of factors. I would suggest contacting a local contractor or architect. Do you have one in mind already?

Kind regards,

In my opinion you can find SF homes within the price you specified in Redwood City (lower parts of RWC), Daly City, Brisbane, East Palo Alto, and Shoreview in San Mateo
You can also try short sales as well as I have seen some of them that are being sold within this price range ... more

Hello,
I have been a realtor for 24 years and my office is located in downtown San Mateo.
There are a wealth of opportunities in the market right now, but I would need to know your specifics before approaching the right solution for you. Are you considering units, and if so, do you plan to live in one? Or, would you like to start a portfolio of single family homes?
I would be happy to discuss your plans and develop our strategy to make it happen for you.

OOPS, I realize what your asking. Additions are just up my alley. My last two large project
were very expensive because of the materials I used. A bit of advice. Don't overbuild. Get referrals
of course.

Most of all remember a good contractor is WORTH the price. Remodeling can be an expensive nightmare to correct and go try and collect. It is also very disruptive to say the least. Do your homework and set parameters, such as payments, time frame, and the size of the crew that will be working and how often.
Don't allow them to jump from job to job. Have ALL your supplies ordered and stored in your garage ahead of time........now you can enjoy the process.

Cheryl Bower answered:
Hi Kayla,

You can also check the San Mateo County MLS:

http://www.mlslistings.com/

I’d put together a pet resume if you haven’t already & offer a larger security deposit. You can approach rentals which don’t indicate they’re pet friendly and see if the owner is open to a dog.

Good luck in the search!
