Hi Ginin, You have received some good answers here. The bottom line is that your house isn't just an investment. It's your home. Where do you want to live? Which neighborhood do you want to call home? When you leave the office at night, which street do you want to turn on?

The investment aspect is certainly important, but I believe it's secondary to pride of ownership and comfort with where you live.
