There are roughly 800 different mls's in the country with about 300 that connect with zillow/trulia. For the remaining 500 mls's the agent would have to manually post it to zillow/trulia or use a 3rd party service to post it here. If your agent doesn't know how to get the listing posted here have them talk to their broker or office admin about how to post to zillow/trulia. ... more

This is a question for your HOA. Contact your HOA management company, or if not professionally managed, contact a board member.

I think you need a zoning specialist before a realtor. Call your county/city land records office and see if the land is sub-dividable before you get too far into the purchasing process.

if you and your sons are planning on building homes on the property, you have a lot of work ahead of you. is there sewer? electricity? roads? building on raw land is expensive.

Sorry, no, it is very difficult borrow on a mobile home that is over 10 years old and 100% impossible to borrow and a coach that is 43 years old. You may be able to sell the coach and buy a new coach, which will allow you to have a loan in the same location.

However, I would recommend selling the real estate and coach and buying a single family home or condo while prices and interest rates are still very low. You will need to sell to a cash buyer, but with that cash you can put all of it down and it may be possible your deductible loan will be lower than what you are paying now, if you have park fee, which are not tax deductible.

You can view all of the homes available on the Central Coast on my web site at
