Sorry, no, it is very difficult borrow on a mobile home that is over 10 years old and 100% impossible to borrow and a coach that is 43 years old. You may be able to sell the coach and buy a new coach, which will allow you to have a loan in the same location.
However, I would recommend selling the real estate and coach and buying a single family home or condo while prices and interest rates are still very low. You will need to sell to a cash buyer, but with that cash you can put all of it down and it may be possible your deductible loan will be lower than what you are paying now, if you have park fee, which are not tax deductible.
