This is way to vague to answer without knowing more about the value of comparable sales. I will tell you what I tell most home owners. Do your upgrades for you, no one else, because you will never get a full reimbursement of your costs.;

If you want higher quality windows, by all means do so - they make a big difference...but no one can accurately say whether you will get a higher sales price down the road.

Unless a developer with cash, highly unlikely to sell for more than 1mil but it worth it if for development.
Theres also not any significant rental income so 750k is a guess. ... more

Nobody wants to buy 1/3 of a house with the other 2/3 owned by family members. Not even for pennies on the dollar. Well, there might be a handful of people, but you'll never find them.
