Of course you should talk to a few agents and do exactly what your doing now. Calling for submissions of names from agents who are actively responding to clients and the public are a good crew to chose from. One question you should ask prospective agents is how much they know about what is happening in Vis Valley. Do they know about Schlage and the other projects underway.

Any Realtor can get those numbers for you. We can run it by size and room count. There are always differences from on eproperty to the next but a Realtor is your best bet.
