We had a lovely cast iron fireplace insert for years and it was very efficient. The problem now is that the SF Bay Area has so many "No Burn" days, it's not worth the bother

Hi Sheryl,

There are very few and they cost as stated. Your best bet is Craigslist as this is where nearly all owners / management companies will post the vacant units.

Be aware of scams asking you to pay money to get keys etc.

Good luck

Hi Gus,

To really get to know an area you must explore it, also if your concern is renters vs. owners talk to the HOA and see what the ratio is. The HOA is a great tool in figuring out what the complex offers, as well as, any current issues that are being discussed within the association. The condos/ town homes are nice and the area is quite on times I went to do showings with my buyers. You do have a security guard at the entrance and also secure parking.

Hope this helps!
Best,
Anna Shea
