The bottom line is your going to need a good attorney and keep an eye on what insurance company are doing in the area.

I walk a lot on the beach and I have seen several bluff collapse.

Read the fine print on the contract, not a good situation.

I have heard many horror stories reported by members. I play all the time but sinply pay the daily fee with no contract.. Why would anybody join when the general public can play. It is not a private club, ... more
