There are 194 single family homes for sale between 300k and 500k in San Diego to narrow down. You need to get pre-approved to know what your purchasing power is and the maximum payment your looking to achieve.

Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, loan program and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs. Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

Do you have funds saved for your down payment and closing costs or do you need down payment and closing costs assistance? It is available up to 424k if needed. The High Balance is available up to $612,950 with 5% down with a minimum 620 fico score.

I'm a homeowner in this neighborhood and we've been raising our children here for over 15 years.
My kids were 1, 3, 5 years old when we moved here and it's been a wonderful family neighborhood with
great local schools including the Albert Einstein Academy in South Park (K-5.) There's a local park, Golden Hill Park, a wonderful Recreation center close by and of course 1 mile to Balboa Park where we had the
annual membership with most museums free for kids! Freeways are close by for an easy commute but you really don't hear that much noise. My kids are now 14, 16 and 18 yrs and we're still in Golden Hill and we still love it! Best wishes to you and your family!

Hey, let's go browse around the neighborhood and have some dinner. Want to go to Mission Valley? NO! Way to much traffic and corporations. Let's go up to North Park or Hillcrest. The restaurants are awesome, great music too. And, the Hillcrest Farmers market is the BEST!

Welcome to America's Finest City (soon). Seriously, North Park and Hillcrest are among my favorite areas of San Diego.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but PUD is common interest as condos so the HOA insurance would insure the land/structures of the units. Home owner insures the internal belongings, appliances, anything within the basic structure. ... more
