Trulia moved most of the reviews over to Zillow (Zillow owns trulia) -

So...........Trulia no longer has a review section for agents.

If you want to leave your agent a review, you will have to visit and leave the review there. ... more

One reason Trulia will give the "invalid address" error code is if the property is listed elsewhere. In my case it was still listed for sale with the local MLS even though I was trying to list it for rent. *** TO OVERRIDE, you can call the Customer Service number 1 (888) 466-3501, but be prepared to wait a bit. I waited 33 minutes at 4 PM on a Monday afternoon, 2/23/15. Once they did answer, the gal named Daisy was very nice and helpful. She manually entered the address into my portfolio so all I had to do was "Edit" the listing. Interesting to note, she expressed: she too wished Trulia would provide an explanation for "invalid address" in the Help Section as it would avoid a lot of necessary questions.

I would call the police or FBI on this one.

These jerks get a money order from the buyer and then skip off with it. It is real sad to see the victims of this.

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hi Deborah,

Thank you for contacting Trulia regarding our filters. Once you enter a location and search, you can filter listings based on property type by clicking the "Property Type" drop-down and selecting "Single-Family Home."

Please note, we are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Because we display what's provided to us, some listings may be labeled incorrectly in error. We are working hard with additional filters to ensure homes are labeled correctly and further refine searches. We appreciate your interest in our company and I've forwarded your feedback to our specialists.

If you have additional questions, please visit our help center here:

The internet is full of scams and it's impossible to "investigate" all of them. Also...this website is basically just a database that pulls info from various sources -- like MLSs, public records, etc. And..unfortunately, the rental section lets people post "Crap" without any verification process. It's not like there are people sitting in a cube watching every single listing and checking into whether it's real or not. Welcome to the internet age.

AND...keep in mind that Trulia is not a true real estate website. It's a MARKETING site. Did you know what we agents have to PAY to have our listings featured? And because it pulls info from other sources, the info here isn't necessarily up to date. Or accurate. So... If you're wanting to buy, sell, or rent, then contact a pro in your area.

Good Morning Ann,
That's a great question, considering a single story home is a must for some people. I am able to create a filter for you from the broker information that I receive daily. Just curious what areas are you searching?

Hi Ruth,

If your listing is still showing up on Trulia as active, please contact our Customer Service team so they can remove the listing information from our display. You can contact them via the flag icon shown under the property photos, or via the link below. If you choose the latter method, please be sure to include a link to the property, or the complete property address.

Best Wishes,
