So good to have you coming back to SoCal, I would recommend moving to Eastlake/Chula Vista area. The area is really renovating and becoming a hot area for families and somewhere I could see you teaching at one of their many prestigious schools.

Please call me directly if you have any questions about financing options when making your move!

Look forward to hearing from you,

The San Diego market has seen a 5/6% increase in home sales yr to yr. Some in more area. We have extremely low inventory. So, buyers are hungry to find the best deal they can. If you are looking to sell, now is the time. The buyers are out there and trying to get into a home before interest rates are rising. Buying - need a strong agent, with creative ideas to get your offer in front of sellers.
If you want monthly data by neighborhood, I offer a "Neighborhood News" section on my website which breaks down the data, homes for sale, and homes sold.
Just go to my website, and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Good luck.

Hello Omaelmacasa, congratulations on your decision. You will need to be pre-approved to be able to meet an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. An agent can be referred if you need one.

There are 194 single family homes for sale between 300k and 500k in San Diego to narrow down. You need to get pre-approved to know what your purchasing power is and the maximum payment your looking to achieve.

You will need to be pre-approved to meet an agent to view and submit offers on homes of your choice.

Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, loan program and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs. Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.

Hi there,

I'm a homeowner in this neighborhood and we've been raising our children here for over 15 years.
My kids were 1, 3, 5 years old when we moved here and it's been a wonderful family neighborhood with
great local schools including the Albert Einstein Academy in South Park (K-5.) There's a local park, Golden Hill Park, a wonderful Recreation center close by and of course 1 mile to Balboa Park where we had the
annual membership with most museums free for kids! Freeways are close by for an easy commute but you really don't hear that much noise. My kids are now 14, 16 and 18 yrs and we're still in Golden Hill and we still love it! Best wishes to you and your family!

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

Best way I can answer is this:

Hey, let's go browse around the neighborhood and have some dinner. Want to go to Mission Valley? NO! Way to much traffic and corporations. Let's go up to North Park or Hillcrest. The restaurants are awesome, great music too. And, the Hillcrest Farmers market is the BEST!

Welcome to America's Finest City (soon). Seriously, North Park and Hillcrest are among my favorite areas of San Diego.

All my best,
