It is to the advantage of both the buyer and seller to have as many pictures as possible in the MLS. Buyers are shopping off the internet and I have seen where several buyers are placing offers without seeing the property only through the photos they have if they are out of state buyers. ... more

It depends if you are looking to fix it up to resale it as a flip or use it as a rental.
I have fixed lots of properties to use as rentals and also worked with flippers.
Let me know how I can help you.

Why Rent when you can own?

right now financing programs exist that allow a buyer with a 500 FICO score to only pay 1/2% towards the purchase of a $400,000 home.

That means you can buy a home and pay $2000 as a down payment and all you need is a 500 Credit Score.

Give me a call and I can give you more guidance.

At this point, it is really best to meet with a realtor face to face to look through the mls, discuss the home buying process and then start viewing potential properties.

Feel free to call or email to set up an appointment to discuss your options with no obligations.

Remember the buyer does not pay any realtor commissions so there is no cost or obligation in
speaking with an agent!

The home is in escrow and is a traditional sale. It was rebuilt in 2004, is 2,969 SF, 4 BR & 4BA on an 8,800 SF lot. The rebuild was nicely done, however, the bedrooms are small. The master is 13 x 13.

We hope this helps,
