Sorry to hear about that.

Many brokers such as myself offer do offer to cancel the listings on request. I looks like people should get that in writing. To get the most action against an agent, you should call the local board of Realtors. They have a stake in being sure that Realtors have a good reputation. They come down on the Realtors harder than the State does actually. They can fine them, cut them off from the MLS and yes force them to cancel the listing. ... more

I would recommend Nancy Turner as she also is a mobile home dealer. While real estate agents can sell them they are not normally as familiar as the dealer agent. She is not only a mobile home expert she is an excellent Real Estate Agent as well. Nancy's phone # is 909-554-0884. Whenever I get a request that markets a mobile home in a park. She is my gal.

I can go into a long detailed answer if you want but the quick answer is yes it is legal, there are multiple ways to advertise your property I have several suggestions all of which would depend if you were going to do it yourself or if you were going to utilize a REALTOR; and yes it can be listed on the MLS. I have sold over 100+ houses in San Bernardino over the last 3 years, I have a great relationship with a property management company and would be happy to go into detail with you however you are comfortable.

You will need to contact a local Realtor to assist you with the sale of your mobile home if you have not already. The local county clerk recorder should have a copy of the recorded deed on file and you can request a copy directly from them. You may also be able to contact a local title company for this information. Feel free to call me, I know of a great Realtor in your area that can help you sell your mobile home. It seems that there is a little more information to your question needed. Is the space rent up to date? If it is not, then I would highly recommend seeking the help of a Real Estate attorney, you will want an attorney that specializes in real estate transactions. What is the reason the park is stating they are going to take and sell your mobile home? Is it that they want to use their own sales people, some parks do this in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. At this point, I would definitely get all your original contracts and a copy of your deed, plus any additional paperwork you may have and contact an attorney before it is too late.

This is only a price opinion just to give you an idea. For a solid value call an appraiser.
There is a listing right west from your lot and it's listed at $12,500 (Price improvement in July 2008) with the same square footage of your lot.
Your lot can list from $5,000 up to $10,000, it all depends how fast you want to sell.
The average day of lots on the market are 565 days, the price range from $4,900 - $250,000.
